Mrs. Dee - Diyanira Richards

 

With ten years of experience in the field of Montessori, Diyanira Richards knows a thing or two about how to be effective in the classroom.  Mrs. Dee has a special knack for helping all students of all ages learn how they learn best.

 

Mrs. Dee grew up on Ranch outside of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, learning the lessons of her grandmother.  Raised with a “hands in the dirt” attitude and to be grateful for everything you have,  hard work, family, and trust provided the foundation for who she is today.  A natural nurturer and helper, she uses her honest roots to provide for every classroom she is privileged enough to lead. 

 

Along with the experience in the Montessori method, Mrs. Dee has an associate's degree in child psychology from University of Aquino and was a first responder for the El Dorado Fire Department, giving her extensive knowledge in CPR and first aid.  Last, but definitely not least, she is the proud mother of a beautiful baby girl!

Mr. Richards - Jason Richards

 

A graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a major in elementary education, Jason Richards has a passion for education not typically found in men across America.  Mr. Richards is devoted to the success of every student and focuses on how little ones retain information. He has a deep understanding that we all learn and develop differently, and embraces the challenge each new student presents.

 

Mr. Richards was born and raised just up the road in Columbia, MO.  His father (and mentor) taught everything from gifted education to behavioral education for all walks of life.  Mr. Richards grew up with a hard work ethic brought on by life in the Midwest, and is happy to be back.

 

Along with his experience in education, Mr. Richards had a brief run in corporate America to develop his business acumen; however, the call of making a difference brought him back.  He has a love for music and is also pleased to welcome his baby girl into this world.
